The hotel is peaceful and serene, making it an excellent choice for families and those seeking a quiet place, while still being close to essential services. The reception staff, including Jumaah and Syna (if I spelled their names correctly), are outstanding—very helpful and offering a warm and welcoming hospitality.

Good location with easy access to Taksim and Galata, staff is very nice and eager to help.
We loved the area, which is conveniently close to everything, including Taksim Square and Istiklal Street (similar to Oxford Street in London). It’s especially charming in the late evening with many shops and a diverse crowd enjoying the street food and shopping. The hotel is also near a tram station, making it easy to visit interesting places like Sultanahmed with its museums, mosques, and bazaars. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Mr. Alper and Mr. Seana. The hotel is also close to the Bosphorus, offering excellent views and a mall with shops and restaurants just down the road. Highly recommended hotel and staff!
Property is well closed to takshim square which is walkable and same time tram station is walkable Near by you have so many grossery , food and pharmacy
Location close to T1 tramway - central line, connecting Kabatas port (ferry rides to the asian side) to the old city center. Abundant breakfast, good and very helpful staff, parking place. Thorough cleaning (on each request), large and bright rooms, elevator.

Location is closed with city centre. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is very good . The reception staff was upgraded our room to be sea view upon arrival from their side without any extra charge. The room was very big and have a one bedroom, seating area with another bed & sofa bed , small kitchen with electric oven & microwave.
